Different products have different returns procedures, processes and policies attached to them. We ship from a number of different warehouses and therefore contacting our customer service team directly is the most efficient way to deal with your return. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then provide you with a returns form and number. Below is a guide regarding returns, replacement parts, unwanted or wrongly ordered items. Distance selling regulations apply on all our items. We ask customers to advise us within 24-72 hours that they would like to return an item and a reason why. The customer then has 14 working days to return an item for a full refund. The CloudSeller policy on returns and refunds is 14 days and during peak trading months this is extended to 28 days. After these periods the return and refund procedure is held at the customer service managers discretion.
Due to the variety of different items we ship providing a single returns method and postage cost is difficult. On smaller items any item returned via for example Royal Mail or a smaller carrier will have their postage costs refunded (via PayPal), in line with the 7 and 14 day distance selling regulations regarding postage and packaging on returns. On larger items where we have arranged a collection of the item we will pay this cost, unless the item is unwanted / wrongly ordered. In many cases where damage has occurred in transit or the item ordered is missing a part and a return is not required, we can easily send you a replacement part in 5-7 working days. Please make a note of the missing part number and contact us directly with the details.
unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
Goods will be collected however a charge does exist per item based on the size (Up to £40). Shipping furniture around the UK is very expensive and therefore we try to be transparent about the costs that exist to us as a seller on unwanted items. Please note this charge applies to you as a direct cost because we need to arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse - we do not make any money from this charge. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 14 days of receipt.
Please note until the item is collected or returned to us the item(s) do remain the responsibility of you the buyer.
CloudSeller prides its self on its speedy and efficient refund procedure. CloudSeller ONLY refunds its buyers via PayPal usually on the same day the item is collected. This means the money appears in PayPal account under its balance the same day, allowing you to continue shopping with ease on eBay.
