Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Return eligibility may vary depending on the product, condition, sales channel, destination and reason for return.

Please request authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused because orders may ship from different fulfilment locations.

Return Period

Most eligible retail products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

UK consumers may also have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases, including a 14-day cancellation period. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Return Conditions

Products should be returned:

In the condition received
Complete with applicable accessories and packaging
Securely packaged
With the order or return details included

Where legally permitted, deductions may be made for missing parts, damage, excessive use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns due to hygiene, safety, licensing, customization or other applicable restrictions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Report damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect products promptly after delivery.

Please provide the order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or return instructions.

Return Shipping

Cloudseller will cover reasonable return-shipping costs where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless a physical return is not required. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

For eligible UK cancellations, statutory refund requirements will apply.

Wholesale and Business Orders

Wholesale, liquidation, reverse-logistics and other business-to-business transactions may be subject to separate agreed terms.

Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, business inventory may be sold as described, by manifested or estimated quantity, in mixed condition, or as final sale.
